We deliver Australia-wide; delivery cost is $10 per order, and FREE delivery for orders over $150.

Orders are sent from within 2 business days of your order being received, and we’ll send you an email with a tracking number to let you know when your order is on its way. After that, your goods will be in the hands of the lovely folks at Australia Post or Sendle, our courier, and you can use the tracking number to follow it’s delivery.

Local pick up is also available at our store on the Northern Beaches; simply select "Click & Collect" and your order will be available for pickup within 2 hours (during business hours) from Miles From Home at 1773 Pittwater Rd, Mona Vale NSW 2103.

Never say never - we currently don't ship internationally, but if there is something you would like, please get in touch here and we will do our best to help you!


We accept exchanges on all non-sale items within 7 days of delivery; items must be in original condition - unworn, with tags in place.

Unfortuantely we do not accept refunds or exchanges on jewellery, swimwear and underwear, and all sale items are Final Sale.

Credit Notes will be issued for the cost of the item purchased less the delivery fee (if applicable). Please contact us at prior to returning the item to let us know it's on the way, and be sure to include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund. 

Exchanges may incur additional postage costs. 

If returning an item for exchange or refund, we recommend that you send it back to us via Registered Post. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Unfortunately, Miles From Home is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If the item is faulty, we will refund the full purchase cost including any shipping cost. Please email prior to returning the item. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds on missing items that have been marked by our courier, Australia Post or Sendle as ‘delivered’.
